"Then Jesus went to work on his disciples. “Anyone who intends to come with me has to let me lead. You’re not in the driver’s seat; I am. Don’t run from suffering; embrace it. Follow me and I’ll show you how....." (Matthew 16:24-25a)

Living EMPTY is to be void of any remnants of SELF. It is living in such a way that enables and invites the Holy Spirit to occupy. Living EMPTY is to be completely surrendered to God allowing Him to lead.
Life Application: Live EMPTY.
It's a mindset that says to God, I'm available to be led by you and you alone! We should strive for this DAILY.....
When You EMPTY yourself.... You are:
~ Following God's lead without complete knowledge of where He is sending you; (Surrendering Direction to God)
~ Patiently waiting for God's timing without knowing when it will come; (Surrendering Time to God)
~ Expecting a miracle without knowing how God will provide; (Surrendering Provision to God)
~ Trusting God's purpose without understanding the circumstances; (Surrendering Who You are to God)
~ Seeing God as Lord; (Surrendering Lordship to God)
~ Positioning yourself for REVIVAL; (REVIVAL is the Result of complete Surrender)
Following, waiting, expecting, trusting, seeing, and being in position for REVIVAL all require complete life-surrender. Its that type of surrender that places God first in ALL THINGS, EVERYDAY.... not just on Sunday!
Its God first, when I'm by myself.... God first, when I'm around my un-godly friends.... God first, when I'm tired.... God first, when I'm tempted in the worst way..... God first, when its not popular..... God first, when it may disappoint me..... GOD FIRST, GOD FIRST, GOD FIRST!
An EMPTY vessel is a surrendered vessel. EMPTY vessels.... SURRENDERED vessels have their eyes fixed on JESUS for every step they make in life!
Have you SURRENDERED all to HIM?
