Redemptive Revelation

Where there is no revelation, people cast off restraint; but blessed is the one who heeds wisdom’s instruction (Proverbs 29:18 NIV)

God desires that we all have "Redemptive Revelation". He wants us to live everyday understanding, our lives have been purchased at a high cost, with a predestined God-Plan in mind! Until we live each day from within this mindset... there is NO safe VISION for life!

Life Application: Live each day cognizant of what Jesus did for us on the cross.

When we don't have a firm grasp on who we are in Christ and what He means to our lives, boundary lines for life become blurred and undefined. In other words, anything goes. REDEMPTIVE REVELATION keeps us in check. It reminds us, we belong to God and life should not be lived independent of Him. The mantra of each day should be, "Today is not mine to "OWN", it belongs to the Lord"!

The problem is, too many of us are living without REDEMPTIVE REVELATION. Because we have no Godly-Vision we stray and take up habitation in life-hazardous areas! We find ourselves doing things, going places, and associating ourselves with the DEAD-ENDS of life.... dead-end jobs, dead-end relationships, dead-end aspirations etc....! Wherein, if we have REDEMPTIVE REVELATION we can feel the spiritual restraints of God pulling us back into the place of fruitfulness and wholeness. Again, the word of God says,

"Without revelation the people cast off restraints"!

Without REDEMPTIVE REVELATION there's nothing pulling you back... no caution lines, no known boundaries! You do whatever seems right in your eyes. And that's always big trouble.

Proverbs 14:12, "There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way to death....

Pray for REDEMPTIVE REVELATION daily! God wants to reveal your life-structure.... the do's and don'ts of your journey. If you truly want to live a life of purpose, step one is to always be aware of the sacrifice Jesus made for you on the CROSS.
