Face to Face

1 Chronicles 16:11 “Seek the Lord and his strength, seek his face continually.”

Raise your hand if you have ever felt that there is just not enough time in a day. If you are a mother (be it working or stay-at-home), I know for a fact that there are numerous things that don’t get done in the run of a day. Getting into God’s presence (seeking His face) should not be one of those things. Seeking His face-the brightness of His personal character-is hidden behind the curtain of our carnal desires. This condition is always ready to overtake us. This is why we are told to seek His face continually.

The moment we wake up each day, our flesh starts to send out memorandums for the day. If we are not careful, the bulk of our time will be accounted for. Those that are in tuned with their spiritual side, will sense the void and seek His presence.

It is so important to understand that meeting Him face to face is the time to ask for His strength to live out our days in the purpose He has already established. Understand how much power you will acquire for EVERYTHING when you continually desire to see Him face to face!
